Coaching Program
We now offer a coaching program that issues the Certificate in
Workplace Coaching.The idea is to develop managers’ coaching skills to
improve organizational performance.This ground-breaking programme is
accredited by the European Coaching Institute and has already delivered
proven results in organizations such as Pepsico.
Having been designed specifically for managers, supervisors and team
leaders in organizations that wish to embrace a coaching style of
management as their preferred way of developing staff, the content and
structure of this program make it equally appropriate for both the
private and public sectors.
The course is structured in two parts, of 3 days and 2 days’
duration, separated by a six week break. During this break, assignment
work in the form of coaching practice is undertaken by the delegates,
which includes coaching their staff, listening to teleconference
tutorials and working with a mentor coach. This means that the entire
certificated programme takes less than 7 weeks to complete, and has the
added bonus of ongoing, lifelong support via our partnered website (to
be revealed soon), to which delegates are given unlimited access.
Tailored To Your Needs
In addition, the content can be tailored to accommodate aspects such as
Mission and Vision Statements, Organisation Values and any other
initiatives as appropriate.
Cutting Edge
Not only are ‘conventional’ coaching models such as TGROW included in
the programme, but delegates will also be introduced to leading edge
techniques such as Appreciative Inquiry for problem solving and giving
feedback, and the highly regarded personality profiling tool, SDI®
(Strengths Deployment Inventory) for understanding behaviour in the
workplace.
Quality and Convenience
This high quality programme is delivered by experienced trainers, who are
also Master Coaches. Up to 25 attendees can be accommodated at any one
time and the programme can be run at a location geographically
convenient for the client.
